We have our own in-house surveying and validation teams who work alongside our engineers. From HVAC surveys to commissioning & validation inspections, audits, feasibility studies, asset condition surveys, design inspections, display energy or energy performance certificates and technical appraisals – whatever you want to know, you can rely on us to take an objective, experienced look at the detail, on your behalf.
We’ll organise regular meetings with all parties, providing back-up advice on quality, design, program updates and cost. And, as your project nears completion, we’ll produce detailed snagging sheets as well as witnessing the commissioning and sign-off of life safety systems, before certifying the MEP services as complete. We’ll even check the accuracy of drawings and manuals before they’re bound into Health & Safety files.
