A comfortable space for first class property

The new Dubai Properties Sales Centre in Downtown Dubai was conceived as a double height structure with a feeling of being a in a marquee with a significant amount of natural light to enhance the appearance of the models within the showroom.

Because of the huge widows required for the property the need for keeping the space cool was the main challenge. This meant SESC had to work with the designer and construction teams to ensure all the HVAC systems in the space were able to perform at optimum levels while keeping their energy consumption to a minimum.

All parties involved in the project rose to the challenge and the result was a fully functioning sales centre delivered on time, to specification, and in line with all Dubai Properties OPRs.
