A mixed use development on the edge of the Dubai Creek

Marsa Al Seef is a waterfront mixed use development located on the banks of Dubai Creek adjacent to Al Seef Street in Dubai. The project spread over 1.8 km includes residential, leisure, retail and entertainment facilities. Located along the shores of Dubai’s iconic Creek the Al Seef development is an exciting new cultural tourism space that merges the city’s past with its present. SESC were responsible for the Testing & Commissioning of the HVAC services as part of the iconic MERAAS Heritage Area master plan. The project included three hotels offering 550 keys, which includes 200 key heritage hotel, a 150 key contemporary up-scale hotel and a 200 key contemporary luxury hotel. An open air museum and an amphitheater, and retail and F&B featuring floating markets, art galleries, shops for Emirati handicrafts.
