Brining a piece of the original home of fitness to the UAE capital

Gold's Gym has been the world's trusted fitness authority since 1965. From its beginning as a small gym in Venice, California, Gold's Gym has grown into a global icon with more than 700 locations serving 3 million people across six continents each day. The new Golds Gym is a multi purpose health and willbeing facility, including cardio training area, strength training area, and members lounge. The facility is part of the Hazza bin Zayed Stadium complex and also makes room for a ladies’ spa, a creche for kids, multiple swimming pools and an indoor running track. SESC were engaged on the project as commissioning engineers to ensure the HVAC and mechanical services of the gym were able to meet the specification and brand standards of the iconic Golds Gym. Our commissioning had to take into account the requirements of a health facility and the need for exacting standards of air temperature and quality to encourage and sustain optimal performance from patrons.
