The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) consists of 48 Hectares of land hehind Shaikh Zayed Road. DIFC has developed into a premium development precinct and public space which houses some of the world’s most recognisable banks, financial institutions, law firms, and retailers. The project consists of 2,500,000 sqm of GFA and has space for 9,000 cars within 3 basements and 3 podium levels. The master plan is based on London’s Canary Wharf and consists of more than 30 separate plots/structures within the development. SESC were employed as MEP contractors and specialist lighting experts to install more than 40,000 luminaires, power, DALI, DMX controls, trunking etc across the entire DIFC property. SESC were approved for installation across all financial, legal, retail, car parks, offices, commercial, and external areas throughout.
